The Jinks-Robertson lab in the Molecular Genetics and Microbiology Department at Duke University investigates genome stability and mutagenesis in yeast. There are currently three major areas of interest:
- Mechanisms of spontaneous and induced mutagenesis
- Regulation of recombination fidelity
- Relationship between transcription and genetic instability
